Alpena MI – Today some spots saw a little freezing rain, but for most of us we saw mostly just plain rainfall throughout the day. Tonight the rainfall should continue early then cloudy skies after that with lows in the middle 30s. Winds will continue to be a factor through the next few days with winds out of the northeast at 5-10 mph. But winds will increase going into your Thursday with wind gusts as high as 30 mph. Showers will be in the area early but more sunshine in the afternoon hours with highs in the upper 40s, some spots approaching the 50s. Temperatures will began to warm going into early next week with highs potentially reaching the 60s in spots on Wednesday of next week.
