Oscoda’s Zach Ouillette earns 150th career victory
OSCODA, Mich. — On Tuesday, the Oscoda Owls wrestling team hosted a non-league meet that featured Alcona and Alpena. Going into the meet, Oscoda senior Zach Ouillette needed one win to reach 150 career wins. He only needed one period to reach the milestone. In the 135 pound match, Ouillette recorded a pin on Alpena’s Caleb Bullis (1:54) to get the job done.
“To have my 150th career win is a great accomplishment,” said Ouillette. “I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to accomplish this than here in Oscoda.”
The Owls ended up winning the meet, taking down Alcona (60-0) and Alpena (48-21).
