Oscoda and Houghton Lake finish in overtime thriller week one

Houghton Lake — The Oscoda Owls traveled to Houghton Lake to take on the Bobcats for week one of football. The game ended in a thriller!
Oscoda junior Robert Host scored in the fourth quarter with less than a minute in the game, giving the Owls the 22-14 lead. Then with just under 4 seconds left, Houghton Lakes’ Trent Ordiway found Michael Stockman with a bullet pass in the end-zone to tie up the game and send it to overtime.
Houghton Lake got the final say and topped Oscoda 30-22 in week one.
