Showers & a couple storms, then cooling off a little this week
Alpena MI – Today we saw lots of sunshine in the area, temperatures were in the 60s in our viewing area, some areas made it into the 70s breaking records again for the 3rd time in a weeks worth of time. But showers and storms are in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow. For tonight we will have a couple of showers and storms in the area due to a cold front passing through the area with lows in the 30s. Tomorrow showers and thunderstorms in the morning hours then a couple peeks of sunshine later in the day not as warm with highs in the upper 40s. Temperatures will be in the 40s for the remainder of the week which is cooler but above average still for this time of the year.
