Posen Takes Down Atlanta, Improves to 7-1

ATLANTA, MI- Having only 76 students is not stopping the Posen Vikings from being a force in the North Star League this season.

After a week three loss to undefeated Rogers City, the Vikings have now rattled off five wins in a row and stand at 7-1.

The latest victory saw the Vikings travel to Atlanta and take down the Huskies 71-38. The Posen offense scored 42 points in the first half. Quarterback Jack Romel connected with wideout Logan Timm for two scores in the first half. Cole Krajniak and Ethan Romel each added first half scores.

The Vikings now firmly have a spot secured in the 8-man division two playoffs. They take on Au Gres-Sims who currently stands at 6-1, next week in the regular season finale.
