MDHHS announces vaccines in Alpena
ALPENA, Mich. — The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced some exciting news of the arrival of over 2,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
MidMichigan health says they expect to receive doses of the vaccine between tomorrow and thursday. Those on the vaccination team, which is approximately 20 from Midland and 10 in Alpena, will receive vaccines first. This includes employees from quality, infection prevention, employee health and pharmacy, and a few physicians.
