Alpena MI – Today we were under partly to mostly cloudy skies, and of course it was cold outside. Temperatures were stuck in the teens and for the next few days we will not get out of the teens for highs and single digits and subzero temperatures for lows. Tonight we will see mostly cloudy skies can’t rule out a flurry in spots with lows in the single digits. Winds will be out of the southwest at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. This will make the wind chill temperatures feel colder than the actual air temperature; it will feel like it is below zero for all viewing areas. Tomorrow we will be mostly cloudy with a couple flurries possible with highs in the teens; factor in the winds and it will feel colder with the wind chill. Cold temperatures will stick around until we get to early next week where we will see warmer temperatures again. The temperature outlook tells us that we will be above average through January 25th.
