A Warm Weekend Ahead

Alpena MI – Happy First Day of Meteorological Spring! Meteorologist Winter has been one of the warmest winters on record and the least snowiest on record. Temperatures were consistently above average for not only the month of February but for the entire winter as well. Today we switched from winter to back to spring when it came to our temperatures. We saw plenty of sunshine today as well. This weekend looks even better so get out and enjoy it. Tonight will be partly cloudy with lows in the 30s. Tomorrow will be a copy of what we saw today with lots of sunshine and highs in the lower 50s. Monday we could see highs again in the middle to upper 60s approaching records. However looking into later next week we will be seeing a cooldown in temperatures.
