Winter Storm On The Way
Alpena MI – Today we saw a couple flurries in the area with temperatures held in the 30s. There is a winter storm watch in effective until 7:00 AM EST on Wednesday, meaning that we could see blizzard like conditions through Tuesday with 4-6 inches possible. Isolated higher amounts could be possible. Tonight snow will be developing with temperatures holding in the lower 30s. Tomorrow a winter storm will be coming through the area with 4-6 inches possible, windy, temperatures will hold in the upper 30s. Winds with be out of the east southeast at 10 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph. The next 5 days temperatures will trend colder with highs falling into the teens for highs as we go through this weekend.
