Warmer Wednesday Ahead
Alpena MI – Today we saw lots of sunshine in the area, temperatures made it into the low 50s. Tonight will be partly cloudy a little milder with lows in the lower 40s. Winds will be out of the south southwest at 10 mph. For the Deer Hunter Season Kickoff it will be mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 50 to lower 60s. Winds will be out of the west at 5-10 mph becoming west northwest in the afternoon. It will remain dry for the first day of hunting season. Rain chances will increase late Thursday into Friday as a result of a cold front which will drop our temperatures just in time for the weekend. Temperatures will only be in the 40s for Saturday and Sunday, so much cooler going forward.
