Warm weather continues with occasional chances of showers and thunderstorms

Winds out of the south or southeast will maintain a flow of warm air traveling into Northeast Michigan. Although, when winds are more southeasterly, they will provide cooler temperatures at the shoreline.

A high pressure system over northwestern Pennsylvania brought clear skies to Northeast Michigan. Next, a warm front over northern Missouri and southern Illinois will move northward.
