The Brief Return of Sunshine For Wednesday
Alpena MI – Today there were lake effect snow showers in some of our viewing areas. Temperatures were in the lower 30s today. Tonight we will be partly cloudy with lows in the upper teens to lower 20s. Winds will be out of the northwest at 5-10 mph. Tomorrow will be partly sunny with highs in the middle 30s. Enjoy the sunshine on Wednesday because the snow with return on your Thursday and in could be in the greasy wet variety. Some areas are expecting around 5″ if you’re down state but 1-3″ if you’re further north. Temperatures will factor into how much snow we could get on Thursday so these numbers are not set in stone. The temperature outlook is trending colder for the next 6-10 days.
