Snow Showers For Your Wednesday

Alpena MI – This morning we saw lots of sunshine but as we went through the afternoon hours clouds began to increase in the area which is ahead of snow showers for your Wednesday. Tonight we will see mostly cloudy skies with lows in the lower 30s. Tomorrow we will be mostly cloudy with snow showers in the area, especially in the afternoon hours with highs in the lower to middle 30s. December was a month that we saw above average temperatures and below average snowfall. We saw the 2nd warmest December on record with a 34.5 degree average temperatures only 2015 was warmer with 36.5 degrees. We saw on 5 inches of snow for the month of December which is below our average snowfall for the month. Now there is more snow in the forecast going into this weekend and into early next week. Temperature outlook still shows that we will be above average when comes to our temperatures.
