Snow & Freezing Rain For Tuesday & Tuesday Evening
Alpena MI – Today we remained overcast, temperatures were warmer than the previous couple weeks. We saw temperatures in some of our viewing areas make it to 30 degrees today mostly upper 20s. Tonight we will see snow showers in the area, 1-2 inches could fall with this system possibly mixing with some freezing drizzle with lows in the middle 20s. Winds will be west northwest at 5-10 mph. Tomorrow we will have snow showers in the area 1-2 inches possible with the system highs with be in the lower 30s. Going into the evening hours we will start seeing freezing rain in the area so some icing could be an issue for tomorrow night. Then temperatures will began warming up later in the week with 30s and 40s returning into the picture.
