Pets Of the Week: Red and Smokey

This Week’s Pet’s Of the Week highlights two adorable canines from the Alcona Humane Society: Red and Smokey.

First up is Red (featured in photo to the right). Red is an eight year old labrador and retriever mix that is up to date on his deworming and vaccines. He loves walks, squeaker toys, playing ball, and being brushed. You’ll quickly find out that he is a big cuddler and absolutely adores getting pets. He needs to go to a loving home without cats, but is good around other dogs and all people, including children.

Next up we have Smokey! He is a handsome five year old pit–bull mix that is neutered and also up to date on deworming and vaccines. He loves to play tug of war, go for walks, and go swimming. Smokey needs to go to a household where he would be the only pet, but is great with all people.
