Man Faces Charges in Alcona County for Allegedly Taking Secret Photos of an Unclothed Woman
A Swartz Creek man is facing charges in Alcona County after he allegedly took photos of a woman changing in a bathing suit.
According to Michigan State Police, 33-year-old Brendan Ryan had secretly taken the photos last summer. The victim said she found the pictures on his phone in the bedroom where she was changing, including one of her in the nude.
A report was filed with the Alcona County Prosecutor’s Office and an arrest warrant was issued. Ryan later turned himself in to the Alcona County Jail on December 29. He was arraigned later that day and faces one count of using a computer to commit a crime and one count of surveilling an unclothed person.
He was given a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
