Cold & Breezy

Alpena MI – Today was another cold day for us in our viewing area and when you factor in the winds it feels a lot colder. Highs once again remain in the teens. Tonight will be mostly cloudy possible snow showers in the area, continued cold with lows in the single digits to lower teens. Winds will be west southwest at 5-10 mph with gusts to 20 mph and because of the winds it will feel much colder so bundle up if you need to be outdoors. Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with a couple possible flurries early still cold with highs in the upper teens to lower 20s; with the winds it will feel like it’s in the single digits and even subzero. Going through the next 5 days we will see improving temperatures with highs returning back to the 30s even some 40s can not be ruled out. The temperature outlook tells us that we will see above average temperatures for the next 6-10 days.
