DDA is seeking artists for Fresh Waves project
ALPENA, Mich. — If you’re an artist, the Fresh Waves Mural Project is the perfect way to leave your mark in Alpena.
The Downtown Development Authority is looking for local artists to paint a mural on the grass area of the harbor.
The usual 6×8 sized mural will be replaced with 4×8 panels.
The DDA is currently accepting applications from artists.
