Vehicle collision on US-23 results in airbag deployment

ALPENA, Mich. — First responders were on the scene clearing up debris from a car accident.

A witness said the accident happened in front of the Court Yard Ristorante.  She said two vehicles were heading south on US-23 when one car rear–ended the other.  She added that one of the drivers may have been distracted.

One person was seen being taken away in an ambulance.
