Several Rain Chances; Cooler Temperatures Ahead

Alpena MI – What a difference a day makes in terms of temperatures, we went from being in the 80s close to breaking records to struggling to make it to the middle 60s. Our temperatures are 10-15 degrees colder than 24 hours ago, this was all associated with a cold front; this is the first of 2 cold fronts that will come through. Tonight will be cloudy with a chance of showers with lows in the lower 40s. Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy early then showers developing in the afternoon with highs in the lower 60s. This weekend we will only see highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s; this will also go into next week as well. Rain chances will also be on the increase according to the precipitation outlook; we will have above average rain chances going through October 14th.
