Scholarship opportunities for medical students available

ALPENA, Mich. – Michigan college students who are studying in the medical field may have a chance to get help with tuition. Applications for the Bernard F. and Melissa Anne Bailey Family Fund Health Care Scholarship Program at MidMichigan are available now for the 2021 school year. Students who attend an accredited college or university must have a declared health care related major. Interested applicants must be a resident or have immediate family living in any of the following MidMichigan counties: Alcona, Alpena, Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Midland, Montcalm, Ogemaw, Presque Isle, Roscommon and Saginaw. Last year the scholarship fund helped 160 students enrolled in medical programs.
