Rogers City closes City Hall building

ALPENA, Mich.– Rogers City Hall has closed to the public.

City officials say they closed the building to help slow the spread of COVID–19 in Presque Isle county. The building’s drop box will remain open for cash and check payments. Officials say residents using the box should attach the statement for the bill they’re paying.

Residents can contact city hall staff at (989) 734–2191. The staff is available from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, Monday through Friday.

Officials say they will consider whether to prolong the closure as we get closer to December 8.
