Lincoln man wanted for evading arrest, Criminal Sexual Conduct
ALPENA, Mich. — The Michigan State Police is looking for James Dominic Gross, age 22, from the Lincoln, Michigan area.
In February, Gross pled guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct Third Degree. He was sentenced to 66 months in prison on a teleconference hearing earlier in March and asked to turn himself in.
Gross failed to turn himself in to authorities and continues to evade arrest. He is also wanted on a felony warrant for Breaking and Entering a business place in Lincoln, MI. Anyone who harbors or assist Gross in eluding arrest in any way may be charged with the crime of Aiding/Harboring a known fugitive.
Anyone having information that will help in the capture of Gross is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL. A TIP number will be assigned the caller and the information will remain confidential and the caller may remain anonymous. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1000.00
reward to anyone who assist in solving this crime.
