Alpena man arrested for assault with deadly weapon
ALPENA, Mich. —An Alpena man was charged today with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Michigan State Police Alpena Post arrested 38–year-old Robert James Hundley on April 3 after responding to a report of an assault at the Walmart parking lot.
Hundley allegedly assaulted a 67–year old victim with the handle of a knife after a road rage incident.
Troopers recovered the weapon and EMS treated the victim for injuries at the scene.
Hundley is lodged at Alpena County Jail and is scheduled to appear in 88th District Court in Alpena on April 29.
