While there’s quite a few well decorated homes on Washington Avenue in Alpena, only one of them is offering a Halloween light show.
The owner, who didn’t wish to be interviewed, has been putting on shows for five years but has been really into decorating since moving to the area in 2009. He said he made or put together about 90 percent of the decorations himself.
Featuring grave diggers, ghosts, tombstones, and more, his house has attracted many people in the past, some lining up on the road and others parking in a lot across the street. Show times are 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Visitors can listen along by tuning their radio to 102.3.
