Warm and sunny Wednesday
Highs today reached 50 degrees in Alpena, 60 degrees in Saginaw, Mich., and 74 degrees in Minneapolis. Winds out of the southwest will drive warmer temperatures to our area Wednesday through the end of the week.
High temperatures are expected to go above 60 degrees throughout the middle and end of the week. The normal high temperature for early-November sits in the upper 40s. Wednesday, highs will approach the middle 60s. Highs will be in the lower 60s Thursday afternoon. Highs will climb toward the middle 60s Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Wednesday: Sunny and warmer. Morning temperatures will be in the 40s. Temperatures will rise to the middle/upper 50s in the late-morning. Afternoon highs will reach about 64 degrees. Evening temperatures will be in the middle 50s.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. Early-morning temperatures will begin in the middle 40s. Late-morning temperatures will be in the lower/middle 50s. Afternoon highs will climb to about 61 degrees. Evening temperatures will be near 50 degrees or in the upper 40s.
Friday: Partly cloudy. Early-morning temperatures will cool to about 40 degrees. Late-morning temperatures will be near 50 degrees. Afternoon highs will get up to about 63 degrees. Evening temperatures will be in the middle 50s.
