Angelina Hunt to continue volleyball career with Lumberjacks

ALPENA, Mich. — Hillman volleyball star Angelina Hunt has played the sport all through high school, and says she could not imagine not playing. As of Friday- she won’t have to.

Hunt signed her National Letter of Intent this morning to continue her athletic career with Alpena Community College. She competed for the district championship just months ago with the Hillman Tigers.

Hunt said she never thought she would be playing volleyball at the collegiate level, and her High School coach is the main reason why.

“She was my motivation for everything,” Hunt said. “She was a very good coach, and she got me to be where I am today. I’m glad she did, because I love volleyball and couldn’t imagine not playing it.”

Hunt will be studying to become a veterinarian at ACC, and WBKB wishes her a happy and healthy athletic career.
