Use caution on the 4th: Fireworks can trigger PTSD in veterans

For veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder the loud fireworks that come with the Fourth of July can be upsetting.  While the nation observes Independence Day this year, many ask that those who celebrate be courteous with their fireworks.
