TEDx comes to Alpena
ALPENA, Mich. — If you have ever been a part of any TED events or a TED Talk, you might be excited to know that TEDx Alpena is just days away.
The initial concept of TED Talk focused on one idea and from that TEDx events blossomed giving a more localized feel.
The events MC Jackie Krawczak said they plan to have more than one topic to cover at the Alpena event. She said they will cover a wide range of topics from business to equity inclusion all in one day.
Krawczak feels the experience will be invaluable and said it will be fun and interactive. She adds that TEDx could be a way to get Alpena’s name out there and bring individuals together.
