New flight schedule to begin in October

ALPENA, Mich.— Travelers can expect new flight times at the Alpena County Regional Airport starting in October. All flights will continue to be non–stop and will travel to and from Detroit only.

The change comes after the airport recently decided to end partnership with Pellston. The new schedule will include one afternoon and one evening flight everyday except on Tuesdays and Sundays. On those days only one afternoon flight will be available.

The airport will no longer offer a morning flight. The new flight schedule will begin next week, Thursday October 1.
