MSP Alpena post requests tips on stolen wallet
ALPENA, MICH — The Michigan State Police Alpena post is asking for your help locating a stolen wallet.
The wallet was dropped in the parking lot of Walgreens on March 21. A customer at the store saw someone pick up the wallet, but refused to give any further information. The complainant was seen on camera inside the store, but the camera in the parking lot was not working at the time. The wallet is described as a black, leather, bi–fold, containing a prison I.D. and social security card.
Anyone with details of the theft is asked to call crime stoppers at (800)422–JAIL. Up to a $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone who can help with the recovery of the item.
