Michigan EGLE celebrates Earth Day with a livestream for students
LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) is hosting a livestream for students to join in celebrating the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. Director of EGLE Liesl Clark and Adviser Brandy Brown will host the live event Wednesday at 10 a.m.
EGLE and the Department of Natural Resources have short online videos about Michigan’s climate and ecology. Their online resources also include actions anyone can take to protect the environment. Clark says climate change affects our environment, health, and infrastructure, now and into the future.
