Luzerne resident charged with four counts including brandishing a firearm
MIO, Mich. –A Luzerne resident was arraigned on Friday and charged with four counts assault with a dangerous weapon and one count
brandishing a firearm.
57–year–old David Gerard Wandolowski phoned 911 on July 18 to report reckless driving on Royce Road.
Michigan State Police Alpena Post were dispatched to the location where others involved said Wandolowski pointed a handgun at them.
According to Wandolowski, he admitted to having an argument with someone who lived on Royce Road.
Wandolowski was arraigned in Oscoda on July 24 and is lodged at the Oscoda County Jail.
