Local Businesses and Education Leaders Work Together Through Marshall Plan Workshops
Over 30 businesses, school districts and higher education leaders met in Alpena today to discuss talent needs, and form a union that will allow students and adults to prepare for future careers.
A series of Marshall Plan workshops were created to address questions that both businesses and educational staff members may have while applying for grants to allow their partnerships to produce economic growth.
Ted Director, Roger Curtis said he’s already found positive outcomes that Northeast Michigan school districts have been producing in conjunction with local businesses and would like to help the area go further.
