During the holiday season, it’s difficult to imagine a stocking without candy, or a child without basic essentials to live. These images seem so natural to us, that we may forget there are children all over the world that wont have access to these things this year. However, there is something you can do to make a difference.
Living Hope Church will be hosting its annual “Operation Christmas Child Packing Party” this Thursday. Living Hope is one of the many churches around the world that has chosen to join in global organization Samaritan’s Purse’s fight to provide physical and spiritual aid for hurting people around the world.
Join them for dinner at 6:00 pm, and a night of packing shoeboxes filled with candy, soap, wash clothes and other essentials. Help Living Hope Church pack its goal of one thousand shoeboxes, while helping children in need all over the world. Living Hope is located near Brook and Worth road.
