Support the Vietnam Vets and enjoy Upper Cut Salon’s Winter Wonderland this weekend, on Saturday, December 3rd.
Dubbed this year’s “Christmas Fun Day,” Upper Cut Salon will be hosting a winter wonderland-themed fundraiser for the Vietnam Vets Toys for Kids, complete with roasting marshmallows, hot chocolate, Christmas cookies, and plenty of fun games and activities for the kids.
Upper Cut Salon employee, Jenny Valley, says she and her daughters have been bringing unwrapped Christmas gifts to the Toys for Kids fundraiser for years, and she thought this was finally the year to take it one step further. “My daughters and I used to shop for them and then just take the presents down. So I thought, why not go big?” Valley discloses.
With a life–sized gingerbread house to decorate, Mrs. Clause in the house, and many treats to eat, the event is sure to be a success. Come down to the Upper Cut Salon this Saturday from 2–5 pm. All are welcome to attend, and any unwrapped gifts toys or monetary donations are appreciated.
