Some driver’s license suspensions lifted in Michigan
LANSING, Mich. – New laws have changed for Michigan drivers this month.
One law will lift drivers license suspensions for thousands of residents.
It’s part of the criminal justice reform package governor Whitmer signed in January.
Failed ticket payments, missed court appearances and some moving violations could be eligible for reinstatement.
A letter from the state will go out to people affected.
It will list the violations that have been cleared, as well as other steps to take.
