Police find nearly $20,000 in meth in Blair Township home

An investigation in Blair Township led authorities to the discovery of large amounts of crystal meth and counterfeit money.

The Traverse Narcotics Team and Grand Traverse Sheriff’s Department located nearly eight ounces of crystal meth, a loaded, unregistered gun, and $1,800 in counterfeit money. The drugs found in the home are estimated to be worth $20,000.

Thirty–year–old Nicole Hastings of Traverse City and 28–year –old Brian Conrad of Grand Rapids were arrested on charges including maintaining a drug house, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, and felony fire arm.
