Pets of the Week: 4-20-21
ALPENA, Mich.– Today’s pets of the week are Willy, Allen, and Magic Johnson.
Our first pet is something special. Meet Willy, a three–year–old Belgian malinois. In keeping with his breed, Willy’s very bright and quick on his feet. As such, he needs an attentive owner with plenty of fenced space in which he can play. Malinoises also do best as the only animal in the household. The Huron Humane Society says only an experienced dog owner should take Willy home.
Now let’s say hello to Allen. He’s a three–and–a half–year–old mix who loves to cuddle and play fetch. He lost one of his front legs before coming to Alpena, but he’s got no trouble moving once he builds up momentum.
Finally, meet Magic Johnson, or MJ for short. He’s a year–and–a–half old and a fantastic cuddler. His floofy black coat reveals a mix of browns in the right lighting. It may remind you of dark chocolate. However, his regal appearance shatters when you see how silly he can be.
MJ loves chasing around anything that bounces or rolls. And after burning himself out, he’ll get on your lap and demand affection.
