Panel Processing Awarded Over $30,000
A local Alpena company was awarded over $30,000 recently.
Panel Processing was awarded just over $33,500 thanks to the 2016 Skilled Trades Training Fund program.
According to a press release, Panel Processing utilized the funds to train 37 employees across three of their locations, including Alpena.
The funding allowed Panel Processing the opportunity to host CNC training for their employees, that taught them how to write and edit programs more quickly – Something the company believes will give them a competitive advantage as well as increase their productivity.
