Outdoor ice rink officially open at Bay View Park

Alpena, Mich — The new outdoor ice rink located at Bay View Park in Alpena officially opened this week.
The rink was able to freeze over thanks to colder conditions. A group of volunteers helped bring the new outdoor site to life through fundraising. They hope to hold more events in the future at the new rink.
