No Qualifying Bids for Alpena High School’s Tiny House
The tiny house built by Alpena High School students is still for sale.
The school has been holding an auction and open houses but, as of Monday, they’ve received no qualifying bids. The house has a beginning price of $50,000 and comes with a kitchen, bathroom, and loft. The money made will go back into the school’s program, giving the students more opportunity to take part in these kinds of projects.
With the deadline to bid having passed, the school will have to switch to a different marketing strategy.
