ALPENA, MI- Day four of the 48th annual Brown Trout Festival has come to a close. It was another active day out on Lake Huron. The third brown trout of the competition was brought in just before the 9 PM deadline. We have new leaders in two of the five overall competitions. Here are your leaders after day 4.
