ALPENA, Mich.– The Alpena County Library is holding a free internet safety class.
The lesson is part of the library’s computer classes which started this week. It will cover basic safety skills, such as protecting passwords and spotting E–Mail scams, alongside newly relevant skills such as identifying misinformation.
Instructor Nancy Mousseau said that this workshop will help many people who continue to work remotely.
The meeting will be hosted on zoom next Monday night, October 19, at 6:00 P.M.
