Ladyjacks win while the men fall to Delta

ALPENA, Mich.– On Friday the women’s and men’s Alpena Community College basketball teams played host to Delta. The Ladyjacks were up first and they  picked up their first win on the season in a back and forth affair winning 69-63. Leading the way for the Ladyjacks was Alpena native Jade Schultz who finished with 27 points, while Lillian black added 12.

Meanwhile, the guys just couldn’t keep up with delta in this one as they fall by a score of 100-58. Leading the way for the Lumberjacks was Alpena native Kelley Stark with 16 points, While Parker Neu added 14.

Both ACC teams will be back at it on Tuesday when they travel to Mott Community College.
