Hillman wins District First Round by walk-off over Posen

Atlanta, Mich. — Hillman has done it again, knocked Posen out of playoffs in the first round. The Vikings remember this all to well when the Tigers topped the Vikings 48-46 in basketball this season. Now in softball, Hillman defeated Posen 7-6 with a walk-off single in the seventh.

Every single softball game has been a battle between these two North Star League-Little Dipper teams. Posen won the double-header on March 13th 7-6 and 12-11.

The Tigers started off hot scoring four runs in the first. Then, the Vikings tied it up in the second inning at four-all. All the hard work came down to the seventh.
