Future for Frontliners application deadline Thursday
ALPENA- Mich. – Michigan Frontline workers who may be looking for a career change have until December 31st to apply for the Future For Frontliners program to further their education tuition free.
The program that launched in September offers Michigan adults without a college degree or high school diploma who provide essential services during the pandemic a tuition– free chance to gain skills needed to obtain high demand, high wage careers.
To be eligible you must be a Michigan resident and have worked in an essential industry at least part–time for 11 of the 13 weeks between April 1st to June 30th of 2020. You must also apply for federal financial aide.
