The Food Bank of Lincoln is hosting a food drive next Wednesday June 15th from 4pm to 6pm. The food drive will be located at the Lincoln A–R–A site.

The program is to help provide food on an emergency needs basis to those in need. The Alcona County Commission on Aging was created by Helen Sharboneau in 1974.

Food insecurity is a huge problem all around the world. The food drive’s are held once a month and in may they gave out a total of 240 boxes of food which is approximately 30 pounds in each one.
