Excitement Builds for the New Splash Park
Starlite Beach is home to the brand new Splash Park and as of today most of the elements are placed and the project is coming to life!
After three years in the making co-chair Joanne Gallagher said its great to see everyone’s hard work is finally paying off.
The structure includes 23 water features and as you can see a cloverleaf design was chosen to provide an open space for children of all ages, and the shape leaves room for additional water features or an expansion if the rotary club decides to add on in the future.
The Splash Park is expected to be finished by June 30th and everyone seems to be excited about Alpenas newest addition!
