Direct TV Employee Arrested for Stealing Prescription Drugs
A Rogers City man was arrested after the Cheboygan County Sheriffs Department received a complaint. It happened earlier this month when a citizen claimed that a Direct TV employee stole medication from his home.
According to Sheriff Clarmont, 44-year-old, Brian Scott Lucus was arrested on April 20th after an investigation revealed Lucus was employed by Direct TV.
The victim called Direct TV for service on two occasions and noticed that his medications were missing. The company confirmed that Lucus was an employee, and is cooperating with the investigation.
Clarmont said there could be more victims. Lucus has been arraigned on two felony counts of larceny in a building.
His court date has been set for May 4th.
